A support ticket is a convenient way to receive a consultation if you do not want to buy a subscription plan. If the price of the 1-year subscription membership is too high for you, you can purchase a one-time ticket for online support and receive the professional piece of advice on how to find a solution. It is not profitable at all in general but acceptable if you have some difficulties with money.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO MAKE CLUB ACCESS?

We consider the content of our website as premium content exclusively made by us and by our experience. If you could notice, for many years we have not been even asked the minilab community to pay for it. But the current expenses grow up and we have to close the information for free access. The purchase of any of these three products will give you all the benefits of minilablaser.com club membership and first priority before all other club members in the solution of all questions if any occur.
No other ways to have free access exist.

I WANT TO HAVE A LIFETIME ACCESS. MAY I UPGRADE MY "PROFESSIONAL" STATUS TO THE "PARTNER" LEVEL?

Yes, but you can do it only within your active membership period at any time. Please contact us to receive more information about the upgrade of the status of your membership.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN LEVEL OF PRIORITIES?

The club member who purchased the Lifetime membership named “Partner” and it is equal to our Dealer status. His/her order to a laser module will be on the highest level of Priority: “Maximum Priority” and the order will be fulfilled and shipped first of all.
The order for laser manufacture and shipping made by a member with a Professional status will be fulfilled after that (if any order from a Dealer/Partner exists).

I PURCHASED A LASER FROM YOU. HOW CAN I HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE AND MEMBER'S DISCOUNTS?

The person/company who has purchased the laser module from our company entitled to receive a Dealer’s Plan (hidden from the listing above) and it is equal to our Partner Lifetime status. Please contact us with the account details you input during the registration and we will add you to the Dealers List of members.
