New laser module's important features and benefits :

Reliability.
- It has improved and more reliable construction if to compare with the original laser module. It was proved by number of tests that our new laser is much more stable in emission than the original Showa or Shimadzu lasers.
- Each internal component goes through a few steps of a quality control procedures where we choose the most stable one and use it in our laser. We use components of the world-known manufacturers from Japan, Germany and USA made with the highest level of quality and accuracy.
- Our laser turns on only for a moment of exposure and immediately turns off when exposure is over and lab is in idle run. This feature is important for qss 30 and qss 31 lasers where laser is always on.
- A special software developed by our programmers helps our laser to choose the most suitable mode of emission to prolong laser's life.
- Another unique software automatically moves laser from a noise mode (it may occur because of a laser deterioration in the future) to the next near stable emission range.
Please note: Our laser is fully compatible with minilab and QSS software. All you need to install our new laser is to replace orignal laser driver with our new improved Laser Driver. It will help to utilize your laser for a long time without problems. At the same time you will be able to have original laser driver as spare part and will be able to use it anywhere you want.

Advanced construction.
- Our Blue laser module's construction is on Laser Diode basis.
Construction of a our new Green laser is based on the monolithic resonator.
- The control part of our laser is located inside of the module. It excludes the hindrances of a signal transmission and reduce possibility to have "noise" while exposure.
- Our laser module works with high efficiency on low currents. It provides a long term of operation and long lifetime.
- We use the brand new ultimate and quite expensive modern components to build our laser: emission unit, optics elements, etc.

Important Notice: All lab owners should understand that this is more profitable for them to buy new laser than to order a repair of the existing old laser module because usually laser refurbishing companies just change a laser diode and very rare do something else.
We perform all necessary procedures to provide you with new reliable and finely pre-adjusted product and bear responsibility for its work for two years. All you need is to place it onto the place of the original module and start to work.
More reliable and stable Laser Driver.
Each new laser for Nortsu minilabs is equipped with our new universal Laser Driver.
Laser module for Fujifilm Frontier minilabs does not need laser driver and it sells without it.
Laser driver also has a few interesting features:
-Can be used for any type of Noritsu minilabs [A/A1 & B/B1].
Type of a laser [A/A1 or B/B1] can be easily selected by on-board DIP switch.
-The built-in counter of working hours visually displays an actual amount of it on a digital indicator. The resource can be easily controlled by a digit on a counter and multiplying it to 1000.
-The processor counts a quantity of turn-on's and turn-off's of a laser with split-hair accuracy. We always will know the full history of each laser module from the very beginning to the very end. It will record the time of the first turn-on and all or future errors which may happen during the laser life (if they happen), working modes, total time of emission, etc.
-Also this processor "cheating the labs brain". It emulates the signal of original laser module and lab main software never knows that it use not an original laser for paper exposing.
Note: original laser driver PCB can be used as a spare part for another lab. If you repair your defective laser module in our company - you will have the full spare laser kit : original laser module and original laser driver.
